At the beginning of the design process, we will go through the basic information of the project.

• Operating environment of the equipment: industrial area, comfort entity, humid area or some other kind of area

• The quantity of air that you have measured or our empirical knowledge of the quantity of air will be used

• The intended location of the unit, measurements of the engine room, a suitable unit of ours

• Required operations of the ventilation unit

• Possible need for tailor-made requirements: changes in the standard measurements, epoxy painting, Stainless steel components, ATEX equipment, etc.

Based on the data, we will design the HEX unit for you at the factory. We will send the preliminary drafts of the unit for you to consider. After your consideration we will possibly make the necessary changes in the equipment and deliver it to you for the dimensioning. So, in addition to our expertise in the equipment, we will also provide you with the necessary support material, which includes, among other things:

• dimensioning runs of the equipment (.pdf)

• 2D and 3D measuring drawings (dxf, .dwg) directly to your CAD software

• regulation graphs (.dxf, .dwg, .pdf)

• entity-specific calculations of energy saving and HEX reimbursement calculations (.pdf)
